Association of Insurance Organisations of Serbia is our natural and main strategic partner. Association for Insurance Law and Association of Insurance Organisations co-operate in way that themselves or to third parties provide:

 

  • Counselling – giving opinions and other consulting services on specific topics,

  • Addressing certain issues in scientific projects, studies etc.

  • Training – education, proficiency improvement and knowledge update,

  • Organising consultations, round tables and other forms of knowledge, experience and skill exchange,

  • General and individual legal drafts,

  • Taking part through its delegated members in the work of expert committees at the Association of Insurance Organisations.

Association of Insurance Organisations partly finances publication of Insurance Law Review.
 


Second strategic partner is the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia. In co-operation with Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, Association organises round tables and other forms of knowledge, experience, skill exchange and education in insurance field.
 


Third partner of the Association makes a group of insurance companies and reinsurance companies with which the Association is concluding a memorandum of understanding and cooperation. These are Dunav Insurance Company, The Delta Generali Insurance, Takovo Insurance, Mercury Insurance, Dunav RE, Energoprojekt-Garant Insurance, Wiener Städtische Wiener Insurance, Wiener RE, Basler nonlife insurance and Triglav-Kopaonik Insurance. Memorandums these companies are accepted that as members - legal persons provide material assistance to the Association in the form of paying annual membership dues, donations for the organization of annual conferences of the Association and donations for the publication of Insurance Law Review. In return, the Association has enabled these companies to participate in its activities in the domestic field (at meetings organized by the Association), and international level, including associates of these companies in the work of working groups and at conferences and congresses of the International Association for Insurance Law (AIDA).
