Assembly is the highest body of the Association passing Statute and deciding on its changes and amendments, considering and deciding on general issues in connection with achievement of the Association goals and bodies activities, chooses and demotes Management and Supervising Boards, President, Vice-President and Secretary.

Secretary assists to President in preparation of the decision proposals for Management and Supervising Boards and runs day-to-day activities.
For the purpose of efficient achievement of the Association goals and co-operation with Working Parties of AIDA, Management Board has formed Working Parties for person insurance, property insurance, insurance of motor vehicles and reinsurance. Working Party for reinsurance simultaneously acts as body for international co-operation.
President of the Person Insurance Working Party is prof. dr. Dragan Mrksic.
